Anti-Spam Policy

Artistry In Motion, LLC prohibits the use of unsolicited commercial email to advertise artistryinmotion.com or any Artistry In Motion product or service. This prohibition applies to Artistry In Motion employees and contractors, and to any resellers, distributors, affiliates, corporate group members, or other third parties acting on the company's behalf or promoting Artistry In Motion products.

Permission

Artistry In Motion sends marketing email only to recipients who have provided their address directly to the company through a form on artistryinmotion.com, at a trade show or industry event, or in the course of an existing business relationship. Artistry In Motion does not purchase, rent, trade, harvest, or scrape email addresses, and does not send marketing email to addresses obtained from third-party list vendors.

List handling

Artistry In Motion maintains its marketing contact records in a single platform that carries the company's suppression and bounce history. Contact records are not bulk-mailed in raw or exported form by any system, including by affiliates or corporate group members. Where records are shared for a legitimate business purpose, any resulting send must be made through a platform holding that suppression history, or must follow a documented list-cleaning and validation pass first.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing message sent by Artistry In Motion includes a working unsubscribe link and the company's physical mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly and the address is added to a permanent suppression list. Recipients may also unsubscribe by writing to the address below.

Transactional messages

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, quotes, and service messages are sent only to customers who have transacted with Artistry In Motion or requested information directly. These are not marketing messages and are not sent to purchased or imported lists.

Third parties

Artistry In Motion does not operate an affiliate program and does not authorize any third party to promote artistryinmotion.com by email outside the terms of this policy. Any party found advertising Artistry In Motion products through unsolicited email is acting without authorization, and the company will act to have such activity stopped.

Reporting

If you receive email advertising artistryinmotion.com that you did not request, report it to confetti@artistryinmotion.com with full message headers. Reports are investigated and responded to.
