Tissue Toss-A-Round®: Rectangles

Tissue confetti in a Toss-A-Round® bag. Rectangles are 0.75" x 2". Hand tossed, so no cannon, power or equipment is needed. Works in venues where cannons are not allowed. Tissue gives a softer look and a slower fall than film.
